Phonak maps Naída L-UP to zinc-air size 675 (blue tab / PR44). Larger power pack — not interchangeable with 10 / 312 / 13.
How to replace it
| How to open | Open the hearing-aid battery door as shown in your Phonak user guide. Peel the zinc-air tab, wait about two minutes for activation, insert the cell matching polarity, then close the door fully. |

New battery but still not working?
A fresh 1 × ZA675 should restore Phonak Naída L-UP if the battery was the problem. Work through the checks below before replacing the device.
- Check orientation
Confirm the cell is seated correctly: Match polarity marks in the battery compartment / Phonak guide
- Check the battery type
This device needs 1 × ZA675 (zinc_air). Rechargeable cells are not supported for this device. Same size does not always mean the same battery.
