Both are about 7.9 × 3.6 mm. LR41 alkaline is also AG3 / 192 — LEGO light bricks on this site use two LR41 cells.

SR41 silver oxide is also 392 / 384. Meters and tools that name SR41 / 392 want the flatter silver-oxide curve; some OEM manuals allow either (read the quote).
